Overview
Quality control (QC) involves important check points in every experiment, providing vital information about your samples from the beginning of the project to data analysis at the end.
Many standardized protocols specify expected product yield and quality at critical steps. Proper QC helps researcher to decide whether an experiment should proceed or be aborted, or whether special precaution is to be taken during data intepretation.
The Core offers different tools to suit various DNA / RNA QC needs.
